Information you have supplied to us is only used for its intended purpose to allow us to contact you to discuss our services. Our usual contact methods are telephone, SMS or email. Your information is only used by those working at The Beauty Spa and is never shared outside of our organisation except to help us deliver our own services.

This site also asks if you wish to accept cookies. The cookies we use on this site are in relation to analytics and social media:

Analytics – We use analytics cookies to helps us understand how users engage with our website. An example is counting the number of different people coming to our website or using a particular feature, rather than the total number of times the site or feature is used. Without this cookie, if you visited the website once each week for three weeks we would count you as three separate users. We would find it difficult to analyse how well our website was performing and improve it without these cookies.

Social Sharing – We use cookies to allow you to share content directly on the social networking/sharing sites like Facebook and Twitter. 


Measuring our visitors

We measure visitors to our website using Google Analytics. This records what pages you view within our site, how you arrived at our site and some basic information about your computer. All of that information is anonymous – so we don't know who you are; just that somebody visited our site.

The information we collect from analytics helps us understand what parts of our site are doing well, how people arrive at our site and so on. Like most websites, we use this information to make our website better.

When you book an appointment or become a reward cardholder

When you sign up for any of our services – paid or otherwise – we will record specific personal information about you, such as your name, address and email. We will also collect and store information about your use of our services so as to improve them.



We may send you email notifications regarding our services from time to time but only with your expressed consent. You have the ability to opt-out of any email communication at any time.

We will never provide your personal information or email address to any third parties except where they are specifically employed to help deliver our own services.


Online payment

The third party we use for purchasing gift cards online is Stripe. This company will have access to your personal and payment information for the purpose of the transaction only. When paying by credit card online, we never have any access to your credit card details.

We share information with Stripe only to the extent necessary to process payments you make via our website.
