A lovely relaxing setting with very friendly staff. The lady who did my manicure and nail gel was very friendly and made my time at Beauty Spa even more enjoyable. She did a fantastic job on my nails. I am very pleased with the result.

My first visit but will not be my last. I was originally using another spa but was fed up with the constant last minute cancellations and sub-par service. I searched for somewhere else and found this little gem. A lovely, clean and tidy spa with plenty of goodies on sale. It was busy when I attended - but not hectic (Saturday), which shows they clearly have a well established reputation/client base. The full body massage I received from Gemma was amazing. The best massage I have had. Will be back.

I loved my treatments today, so relaxing and you got rid of a lot of knots in my shoulders. It's been a long time since I've had even a facial in a salon but I will definitely be back for more. Thank you so much Melissa for making me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Had a lovely treatment with Lauren, she has given me the perfect holiday toes!! However I would like to mention one thing. I had also paid for my dad to have a cut and file as he has mobility issues. Lauren was absolutely fantastic with him. She helped him massively, Put him at ease and did a great job on his feet Definitely went above and beyond so a huge thank you! It was my first time visiting the beauty spa today and I can definitely say I’ll be returning. Such a beautiful salon with peaceful music. I had my appointment with Sarah for waxing , she is a very welcoming and friendly girl. I enjoyed chatting with her and once she had finished each treatment she made sure I was happy with the end result.

This was my first time with Melissa and my overall experience was very good. I was unfortunately late for my appointment but Melissa didn’t make me feel bad about this and was still able to offer me a full pedicure. I love the purple we chose and Melissa applied x3 coats which I thought was good because i asked for an Opaque look. Melissa was lovely to talk to as well and i am very pleased with my newly painted toe nails!

Laura is so meticulous with her treatments. A lovely quiet and relaxing pedicure with a perfect colour on my toes. Lauren had a difficult job making my toenails look good but she exceeded expectations and I can now show them off again. Danielle said I looked much younger when she had finished my brows. They certainly do look good so as usual I am very pleased. The standard of all the treatments is excellent and my pedicure done by Finlay was no exception.

Visited the salon today for the first time. Beautiful place, as soon as you walk in everything makes you smile and it feels so welcoming. I had the 40 minute Body Polish as I wanted to remove my dry skin ready for a holiday abroad. It was very good and I was nice and relaxed all the way through it. My skin feels lovely, smooth and holiday ready. I will definitely be visiting again Michelle

REALLY enjoyed my pedicure with Lauren. Absolutely will be booking back in with her again. I really think the pedicure chairs should be raised, I feel terrible for the poor staffs backs & necks when doing toes!

FEEL GOOD FRIDAY Treatment definitely lived up to its name - The visit from start to finish was exceptional. Melissa greeted with a smile and explained the full treatment. I can say this is the best facial experience I have ever had and the Indian head and neck/shoulder massage only enhanced the feeling of bliss with just the right pressure to ease away that tension. I have been going to the beauty spa for nearly 6 years for various treatments and have loved it everytime i go. Jess is amazing with my eyebrows and i would not dream of going anywhere else for them doing. All the girls are lovely and quality of treatments is fab!

I am so impressed with the service you offer, communication via email pre and post lockdown was first class in addressing my queries and being quick to respond. My booking for acrylic nails and pedicure was arranged efficiently. The salon looked immaculately clean and welcoming, immediate hand wash/sanitise procedures were in place, every effort from start to finish has been made to keep customers safe as well as your own very pleasant staff. The service I received from Olivia was brilliant, she did a fantastic job of my nails (length & colour perfect, and still look great) & thankfully advised me to have gel toes which still look as good 2 weeks later even though I have spent every day either in the pool or the sea. I will have no hesitation in rebooking and look forward to trying out some different treatments. Thanks again for a lovely experience during these worrying times x
