Salon Policy
Please note that if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment we will need 24 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
For all bookings over 2 hours, and packages we request a 50% deposit.
Clients arriving late will receive the balance of their treatment time but full price will be charged.
Loyalty Schemes
We reward customers for their loyalty , for every £1 you spend in salon we will give you 1 point on your loyalty card. The points you build up will be stored on your account and when you have earned enough points you can use them on a range of FREE treatments.
At The Beauty Spa as a valued Clarins Gold Salon Client you will receive full size products from Clarins with the Clarins For Me Reward Card. For every £10 you spend with us on Clarins products you will earn 1 Clarins point worth £2. Download our Pricelist for more information.
